Meet Candace..."The Pooch Pontoon Lady"
Candace is passionate about dogs...especially shelter dogs.
She is an active volunteer for the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia and the owner/operator of the Pooch Pontoon.
Always Learning
She is always continuing her education. She has completed classes with Jennifer Arnold (author & founder of Canine Assistants) and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (a premier animal shelter & learning center in Kanab, Utah). She has attended TTouch workshops with founder, Linda Tellington-Jones. (TTouch offers a gentle approach to the care and training of companion animals). Candace is currently working towards her TTouch practitioner certification.
A Member of SARA
She is a member of SARA (Shelter Animal Reiki Association) and is a Reiki Master certified by Kathleen Prasad, founder of SARA

Keeping Our Lake Clean
I am always picking up trash while exploring the islands on the north end of the lake. I also participate in the annual Lake Lanier Shore Sweep every September.
